hey polyvoxcommunity, heres a new experiment to keep you awake and to have fun (i have really fun with polyvox).
Jan Vermeers painting "Girl with a pearl earring" painted instead of oil in polyvox.
If you press SPACE the gravity pulls the voxels down - art to chaos - leads us to the question: if a kick with the spacebar let them fall, what weight has a voxel?

Good work :-) Actually this reminds me a lot of the destruction effect in Voxatron. It gets about 10-11 FPS on my machine (3 year old desktop) is a great test for the speed of PolyVox's surface extractor.

Are you using CubicSurfaceExtractor or CubicSurfaceExtractorWithNormls? If it's the first one then did you disable decimation/simplification (via a constructor parameter)? It won't work on a scene like this, and may take some processing time.

thank you Sir David, im only user of polyvox/irrlicht and the interface from Gnurfos in this forum, so its used the CubicSurfaceExtractorWithNormals:
