I wonder what those files make in PolyVox? I didn't find no code using POLYVOX_LOG_* nor logHandler().

At one point I started adding logging callbacks to PolyVox but I didn't get very far. I'm not sure it made much sense anyway, it's not the kind of library that really needs logging. I should probably take that out when I get a chance.

I'll leave this bug open as a reminder.

Actually I've changed my mind... There are some places where logging can be useful - especially for debug purposes. For example, when working with the LargeVolume it might be useful to know when it is paging blocks into and out of memory. Or to know how the pathfinder is progressing.

So now I'll leave this bug open as a reminder to hook this stuff up.
