Unfortunalty I don't have that zip file anymore, but basically it just contained a much older version of the code in SVN. You can still get this code from SVN if you check out a version from about four years ago. It's very different though (it doesn't use Qt, it uses CEGUI and some other libraries). And you'll probably find it doesn't work with the latest version of Ogre.

Nope, the file simply doesn't exist anymore I can't get it either.

Also I looked in SVN and for some reason there isa 2 month gap from Nov 2006 to Jan 2007... just about the time I made the first release. I do not remember the reason for this.

The best I can do is give you a different version from April 2007. This still uses the voxel scene manager and CEGUI. Maybe it is useful to you. You can download here, and I'll also email you:
