Does Polyvox provide functions to support Boolean operations with irregular shapes( not spheres or Cubes). If it does not, are there any sufficient ways to implement this task?

there's nothing preventing you from writing your own.

to get it running efficiently, you should run it only on single blocks (block size is defined at volume creation) or only on SimpleVolume.
To run on a full bigger volume, run it on all blocks of it.
