I wanted to make everyone here aware of a tool I found today which aims to help increase cooperation and productivity.
http://asana.com/It lets you do a wide variety of things in a very simple and efficient manor to help coordinate team members and keep everyone on task.
I'm using it myself now even as a one-man-team it will help me keep myself on track. It's removed a huge load of tasks I would normally try to keep in the back of my mind at all times, now small things that would slip my mind are all listed in my asana project so I'll never forget them!
I highly urge everyone to do themselves a favor and at least check it out!
